about.
I help mold creative agencies into their best possible shape. My 10 year work history spans studio operation, client experience, project delivery and creative output in diverse environments. Using my knowledge of process, systems, best practices, comprehension of design and understanding of people, I deploy holistic approaches to strategy and implementation agency-wide, balancing excellence in creativity and delivery with core business objectives and values.
I have 4 years experience operating in an all-encompassing role at a senior level, representing the agency and delivering projects for clients such as Bacardi Global Brands (including Martini, St Germain, Bombay Sapphire), Pernod Ricard, Remy Martin, Whyte & Mackay, CompassBox and Sogrape Vinhos, managing internal teams and external partners.
I now work independently on complimentary projects; running a small branding agency, freelance creative business operations consultant and designing jewellery.

Warm Visions: Founder & Creative Director | January 2019 - present
Visual identity systems, design policy, application and strategic reasoning for small to medium businesses.
Bold Eye Co Ltd: Founder & Creative Director | January 2019 – present
I created a small jewellery business from initial concept inception to release, building every part and carrying out every task necessary (aside from manufacture of the product) unassisted; including but not limited to: product concept and design, branding and packaging, website build, social platforms (content and strategy), copywriting, production process and financial modelling. My key driver was to create something not only precious but meaningful and helpful, facilitating self-discovery in the wearer and encouraging connection to others and the environment with the hope of lifetime use; redefining luxury as something made with thought, craft and consideration of resources with genuine concern for sustainability and ethical practice.
CMB Consulting: Freelance & Consultancy | January 2018 – present
Freelance projects in operational consultancy including business strategy, system implementation, documentation production, staff hiring & training.
Stranger & Stranger Ltd: Creative Services Director & Group Studio Manager | August 2013 – October 2017
Hired as London Studio Manager I was promoted to Group Studio Manager within my first year, overseeing the support and operational teams in London, New York and San Francisco; building upon existing and creating new systems and process to roll out during a time of significant company growth. Covering areas including but not limited to; agency culture and values, client experience, project monitoring and workflow, resource and time management, procurement and management of external vendors, studio resource and library, staffing and HR, IT and databases, finance, compliance, copyright and trademark, website, PR and social strategy. In summation, ensuring that the studios supported the creative output and underpinned the values and standards of the agency, whilst improving the working efficiency and profitability of the business. Alongside the group Managing Director I was in charge of the London studio relocation; scouting the space, planning and designing the interior architecture and infrastructure of the new studio and managing the logistics of the move. After the relocation project I was promoted from Group Studio Manager to Creative Services Manager.
I transitioned into creative services whilst retaining an overview of the studio operations and deputising for the Group Managing Director in London. As first responder to all new business enquiries, my role was to see the wider context of a client brief and responding accordingly, playing a key part in building initial client relationships and driving business growth. I established scope of works and budgets ensuring correct allocation to support optimum delivery both commercially and creatively. Working with internal resource and external vendors I developed strategies and tactics for projects, communicated and monitored timelines and targets for teams, managing all stages through to final delivery. I was responsible for defining and interpreting the initial client brief to the design and realisation teams, subsequently overseeing all stages of communication and creative presentation to client including producing presentation documentation and being team representative for clients including but not limited to; Bacardi Global Brands (including Martini, St Germain, Bombay Sapphire), Pernod Ricard, Remy Martin, Whyte & Mackay, Compass Box, Sogrape, Chapel Down, East London Liquor Company, Maison Ferrand and others.
